1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld.

Mix in the Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until heated through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on the side, if desired.
