1 lb flank steak, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup sour cream (optional)

1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Marinate the Steak: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Prepare the Fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato fries in vegetable oil, season with salt, and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
