8 oz (225g) spaghetti or egg noodles

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Stir-Fry: In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

      Add Vegetables: Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they're tender but still crisp.

        Combine Sauces: In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture into the pan with the vegetables and stir well.
