Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.

      - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the cooked shrimp and set aside.

        Make the Avocado Base:

          - In a small bowl, gently mash the diced avocados with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Ensure it remains chunky for texture.

            Prepare the Mango Salsa:

              - In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently to combine and set aside to let the flavors meld.

                Create the Lime-Chili Sauce:

                  - In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream (or yogurt), lime juice, chili powder, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

                    Assemble the Bowls:

                      - If using rice or quinoa, start by adding a base layer in each bowl. Top with a generous scoop of the seasoned avocado, followed by the sautéed shrimp and a heaping spoonful of mango salsa.

                        - Drizzle the lime-chili sauce over the top and garnish with lime wedges and extra cilantro.

                          Serve and Enjoy:

                            - Serve immediately with additional lime wedges on the side for extra zing!
