2 cups rolled oats

1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced

1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.

      Combine the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

        Combine Wet and Dry: Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until everything is nicely incorporated.
