Ingredients
  

1 package (12 count) slider buns

1/2 pound sliced salami

1/2 pound sliced pepperoni

1/2 pound sliced ham

1/2 pound provolone cheese, sliced

1/4 cup sliced banana peppers

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

4 tablespoons melted butter

Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Optional: red pepper flakes for added heat

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the buns: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without completely separating them. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

      Spread the sauces: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.

        Layer the fillings: Start with a layer of salami, followed by pepperoni, and then ham. Top with a layer of provolone cheese. Add banana peppers and black olives for a burst of flavor.

          Add veggies: Place the shredded lettuce and sliced tomato on top of the cheese layer.

            Cover with the tops: Place the top halves of the sliders over the layered fillings.

              Season and butter: In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and optional red pepper flakes. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the slider buns. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered tops.

                Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent the buns from browning too quickly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sliders are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

                  Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Slice the sliders apart and serve warm.
