Ingredients

For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set it aside in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, then add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spread 2 tablespoons of the special sauce in the center. Layer with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and pickles.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to form a snug wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve: If desired, you can lightly toast the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on both sides for added crunch. Cut them in half and serve with extra special sauce for dipping.
