1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

For the Corn Salsa:

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)

1 medium red bell pepper, diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Bowl:

2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

2 ripe avocados, sliced

Lime wedges, for serving

Extra cilantro, for garnish

Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and mix well to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes while you prepare the other components.

    Make the Corn Salsa: In a separate bowl, combine corn, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.
