1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Potatoes: In a large pot, cover the halved baby potatoes with water and add a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
