4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/3 cup hot honey (or adjust according to your spice level)

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil (for cooking)

Prep Chicken: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board, and use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch). This ensures even cooking.

    Season and Coat: In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs, and in a third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
