Ingredients
  

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into bite-sized cubes

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg, beaten

½ cup panko bread crumbs

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Sliced green onions, for garnish

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salmon:

    - In a bowl, season the cubed salmon with salt and pepper. Set aside.

      Breading Station:

        - In one shallow dish, place the flour. In a second shallow dish, whisk the beaten egg. In a third shallow dish, add the panko bread crumbs for better texture.

          Coat the Salmon:

            - Dredge each salmon cube in the flour, shaking off any excess.

              - Dip it into the beaten egg, allowing it to coat completely.

                - Finally, roll it in the panko bread crumbs until fully covered. Repeat for all the salmon pieces.

                  Cook the Salmon Bites:
