1 lb (450g) rotini pasta

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Rotini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Prepare the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
