1 pound ground chicken

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust according to spice preference)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into sausage links or patties, depending on your preference.

      Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil if needed.

        Cook the sausages for about 5-6 minutes on one side, or until browned. Flip and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until they are cooked through and have a nice crust.
