Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (if using breadcrumbs)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets until they are bright green and tender, about 3-5 minutes. If using frozen, you can skip this step; just thaw and drain any excess water.

      Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked broccoli, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

        Assemble Casserole: Transfer the chicken and broccoli mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

          Add Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
