Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 large flour tortillas

4 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Hot sauce for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic powder, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.

Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the chicken mixture evenly across the center of each tortilla.

Sprinkle a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken on each tortilla.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melting inside.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice in half diagonally.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with optional hot sauce on the side.
