2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

      Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until well combined.

        Chop the Chicken: Dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well to coat the chicken.
