Ingredients

For the Burritos:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

Salsa, for serving

For the Crispy Fries:

4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fries

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste

Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Fries:

    - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

      - Toss the cut potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.

        - Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

          - Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

            Cook the Beef Filling:

              - While the fries are baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat.

                - Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

                  - Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to incorporate the flavors.

                    Assemble the Burritos:

                      - Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. In the center, add about 1/4 cup of the cooked beef mixture, 1/4 cup of rice, 1/4 cup of black beans, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.

                        - Add a spoonful of sour cream, some cilantro, and a few slices of avocado.

                          - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

                            Heat the Burritos (Optional):

                              - For extra cheesiness, you can place the assembled burritos in a skillet over medium heat to toast the outside and melt the cheese further, about 2 minutes per side.

                                Serve:

                                  - Plate the crispy fries alongside the cheesy beef burritos. Drizzle with extra salsa and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.

                                    - Garnish with additional cilantro and slices of avocado. Enjoy!
