1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cooked jasmine rice

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

½ cup shredded carrots

1 avocado, diced

2 green onions, sliced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to spice preference)

1 teaspoon lime juice

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice. Whisk together until smooth. Adjust the spice levels to your taste and set aside.
